Construction Management

Dennis Corporation’s Construction Management division is trained, experienced, and skilled in many technical areas. Our personnel have been involved with numerous CM and CE&I projects involving building renovations, new construction, roadway improvements, and building demolition. Dennis Corporation uses Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Management Software throughout the entire project to help identify and mitigate risks in the course of planning, managing, and completing a project. We are able to identify areas where resource costs may be reduced by analyzing resource trends and costs. Our managers can create forecasts for resources, activities, and other project needs.
